When you enter Parkgate there is a feeling of light and quality with a splash of colour from a Persian carpet leading you into the hall towards the kitchen. This is fitted with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and washer dryer. There is also a small table and chairs to take coffee for two after a day sightseeing. The living room faces onto Arthurs Seat and has two comfortable couches, a stereo system and television. There is also a dining area for four persons.
Parkgate has two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower-room and there is also a family bathroom with another shower. We provide all linen, towels and power. For guests staying more than one week a change of linen is provided each Saturday. Of course the property benefits from full gas central heating and a complimentary welcome pack will help you sort out the finer details once you've arrived.
During off peak times the Parkgate apartment is available for £600 per week, during peak times the weekly tarrif is £800.
