Edinburgh Parkgate - Weather Advice
Edinburgh enjoys a temperate climate so no real weather extremes but even in summer you will need a jersey or jacket at night.
Winters are cold so warm clothing and water/windproof clothing is needed.
Spring and autumn often provide the best weather with cold clear mornings warming to give lovely warm afternoons, then crisp clear nights. Layers needed so you can enjoy the whole day.
Please remember that while Edinburgh is dryer than the west coast this is Scotland so always bring rain wear!
